We might think why study worldly values & beliefs? The answer is that if the population at large hold to a view that certain behaviours are unreasonable and we ask people to live in accordance with this clash, as Buddhism grows the amount of people complaining about it will grow.
For example not killing insects taken to the extreme will prevent people converting to Buddhism because it clashes with the basic view of worldly people that it is important to be clean & care for ones children.
Therefore this page is for articles where obstacles are being created by not according with basic worldly ethics.
